The DS-3E0505P-E 4 Port PoE switch is very handy and versatile.
It can power 1 X PoE PTZ camera up to a maximum of 30 watts on Port No. 1 and power 3 X other fixed IP cameras up to a maximum draw of 58 watts.
Extended PoE mode means you can use extra long CAt5/6 cable runs up to 250 metres.
It's made by HIKVision so you know it's good.
The DS-3E0505P-E is the direct replacement of DS-3E0105P-E PoE Switch
The DS-3E0505P-E 4 Port PoE switch with Gigabit Uplink is a very handy and versatile PoE Network Switch.
It can power a PTZ Camera such as the very popular DS-2DE4220IW-DE and 3 X Fixed IP Network cameras, up to a total of 58 watts. Normally PoE+ High Power switches cost a lot more.
The Gigabit uplink port ensure lightening fast connectivity to you IT infrastructure.
Normally a the maximum distance of a CAT5/Cat6 cable run can be no more than 100 metres, (90 metres recommended when using PoE), but this switch has Extended PoE built-in which lets you power IP network cameras up to an increbile 250 metres. (Maximum 6 watts power and 8Mbps throughput at 250 metres.
