80 Metre IR NightVision has normally only been available on much more expensive cameras.
The DS-2CE16F1T-IT5 is very easy to use, it uses the same coax or CAT 5* as older, more traditional non-HD cameras, you can even use your exisiting 12 Volt DC power supplies for a really easy upgrade path to HD, just install new inexpensive Full Hd HIKVision Turbo HD cameras and a TVI recorder, but keep your existing cabling and you'll quickly and inexpensively have beautiful Full HD 3MP images, making it much easier to pick out faces and features you never could before.
This camera is ideally suited for covering large areas like car parks, farmyards, hotel entrances and any other large area, especially where you need excellent images at night.
This camera is the IT5 version, which means 80m IR NightVision, there are also cheaper IT1 & IT3 versions with much weaker IR NightVision.
